The 2021 challenge: 3×3 minutes of visualization per day

 

I have already mentioned it several times, the visualization technique is a technique that helped me a lot during my rehabilitation. Without even knowing the name at the time. Visualization is recognized as beneficial for achieving her goals. I wanted to walk again, I thought about it all the time, I imagined myself standing until I had the feeling and imprinted it in my subconscious. Beyond the technique as such, it must be understood that visualization is based on a principle of mental training. 

 

A story of endurance

We often talk about physical training to maintain and maintain good health. We sometimes neglect our mental condition, which nevertheless requires just as much attention. Visualization is a good daily exercise for perform, carry out a project, dream. 

 

If you go running once every six months, there is little chance that you will ever be ready to participate in a marathon. Mentally, it's the same thing. A few visualization sessions here and there are not enough for it to be meaningful. The ideal is to work on your visualization 3 times for 3 minutes a day, 365 days a year. Everything therefore relies on patience because the effects are not immediate but appear over the long term, and perseverance because you have to manage to stick with it despite everything. Little by little, visualization nevertheless allows you to attract things to yourself and to create opportunities that you must then seize.

 

What if we set ourselves this challenge for 2021? 

 

Put yourself in conditions

Be careful, you need to put yourself in the right mood for a visualization session. The optimal conditions are obviously to be in a quiet place, without distractions around. Then, you have to be relaxed to successfully fall into a state of drowsiness. This is why visualization is effective during a nap, just before falling asleep or when waking up. This way, the brain is focused only on the image you are presenting to it. The emotions associated with this image will then allow you to integrate it into your subconscious. 

 

To last and complete three sessions per day, you must organize yourself and plan these moments. Once in the morning when you wake up, once in the early afternoon after a meal and then in the evening for example. Once again, everything is based on repetition and regularity until you achieve your goal.

There is no miracle recipe for accomplishing great things and pursuing your dreams. Despite everything, visualization is a very good mental exercise for working his endurance and create the conditions to achieve your goals. 

 

So here we go, 3 x 3 x 365!
