Face au handicap, 2 choix se sont offerts \u00e0 moi\u00a0: m\u2019apitoyer sur mon sort, ou <strong>faire preuve de r\u00e9silience<\/strong>. Aujourd\u2019hui, je suis conf\u00e9rencier, j\u2019ai repris le sport \u00e0 haut niveau, bref, je suis heureux.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: large;\"><strong><em><u>Comment m\u2019y suis-je pris\u00a0?<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: large;\">J\u2019ai <strong>accept\u00e9 la situation<\/strong>. Je me suis ouvert \u00e0 l\u2019impr\u00e9vu. Il est inutile de se battre contre un probl\u00e8me que l\u2019on ne peut pas r\u00e9soudre. Nous ne souffrons pas parce qu\u2019une crise nous a chang\u00e9, mais parce que nous pensons que nous avons chang\u00e9. R\u00e9aliser cela, c\u2019est reprendre confiance, c\u2019est reconstruire son estime de soi. C\u2019est <strong>cr\u00e9er de l\u2019espoir<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: large;\"><strong>\u00c9TAPE 2\u00a0: R\u00c9INTERPR\u00c9TER LE N\u00c9GATIVISME<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: large;\"><em>\u00ab\u00a0Je n\u2019ai pas assez de temps \/ d\u2019argent\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0J\u2019ai peur de\u2026\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0Je suis trop\u2026\u00a0\u00bb.<\/em> Ces <strong>croyances limitantes<\/strong> vous ont s\u00fbrement d\u00e9j\u00e0 emp\u00each\u00e9 d\u2019atteindre vos objectifs. Pour s\u2019en d\u00e9barrasser, il est essentiel d\u2019<strong>analyser son pass\u00e9<\/strong>. Qui me les a inculqu\u00e9s\u00a0? De quelle exp\u00e9rience proviennent-elles\u00a0?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: large;\">Une fois l\u2019origine de ces \u00e9motions trouv\u00e9es, il vous faut <strong>r\u00e9interpr\u00e9ter ce souvenir positivement<\/strong>. Demandez-vous comment il vous a aid\u00e9 \u00e0 devenir ce que vous \u00eates aujourd\u2019hui. Essayez de le faire coexister avec vos valeurs.
